Araslöv, a historic estate now housing a resort in an unparalleled scenic environment. A short drive from Kristianstad, you will encounter a blend of historical and modern venues where the culinary experience is the focus. Here, meals are served from morning to evening. In addition to overnight golf players, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our daily life at Araslöv.

For the 2026 season, we are now looking for chefs for our restaurant!

In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personnel.

Your Responsibilities

At Araslöv, food and service are the focus, and it is important that you are passionate about cooking. The kitchen offers a tasteful blend of traditional and modern cuisine, where the work involves both plate service at lunch and à la carte in the evening. In addition to daily tasks, weddings and various types of events are arranged, providing a varied work role. Every employee is equally important, and team spirit is highly valued.

Your Background/Your Qualities

You are a trained chef, perhaps at the beginning of your career, and want to continue developing. As a person, you thrive in a varied everyday life, are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy a dynamic environment. You are passionate and have a genuine interest in food. Whatever you do, you always strive to provide guests with a genuine culinary experience. The guest is at the center, and good service is a given for you, as well as handling stress and working at a fast pace. You are a good team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere in the group.

Information and Contact

This position is a seasonal employment, starting in early April and lasting until the end of September or mid-October, depending on agreement. The working hours vary from 50–100%. The working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends, so it is important that you can accommodate this.
